Watching this made me really appreciate other awards so, I included a classic vid by Dipset performing at ‘06 Source Awards

An 18-year-old accused in last month’s videotaped beating death of Derrion Albert was released from prison this evening after prosecutors dropped the murder charges against him.

A smiling Eugene Bailey left Cook County Jail at 6 p.m., looking for his mother. Mama! Mama! he shouted before asking reporters if they knew were his relatives were.

“It [the beating] was despicable. That wasn’t me. I just want to give a shout out to Derrion’s family. His mother and his grandmother. I was sorry I couldn’t attend his funeral. He was a good friend of mine,” Bailey said.

Bailey had been described by authorities as having delivered the knock-out punch to 16-year-old Derrion Albert. But when he and three others charged in the murder went to court this morning, prosecutors announced they had dropped the charges against Bailey.
